Our Mission, Your Journey

The whole trip was amazing, all you did was fantastic and I enjoyed every minute with everyone, would go again tomorrow but I guess I’ll have to wait, take care and don’t let anyone push in.

Sharon took myself and two friends on a tour of Normandy, not only was she our guide she was our chauffeur as well, she organised absolutely everything for us. She is extremely knowledgeable and is clearly very well researched but is quite happy to learn from and listen to other people’s stories and information. We are already booked to go Dunkirk with her in June and a tour of the Somme area will follow. I cannot recommend her highly enough, you will not be disappointed.

As a Christmas present from my wife, Sharon arranged the most amazing tour focusing on the WWI battlefields, and in particular on the journey my Great-Grandfather took in the war. This concentrated on his last week, and discovered new information unknown to us previously. Amazingly Sharon was able to find, within a small radius, where he was shot and died and using trench maps overlaid with modern mapping / GPS take us to the area, before visiting his grave. There were many unexpected highlights such as arranging for me to lay a wreath at the Menin Gate with the Last Post Association. Although the days were long and tiring Sharon never stopped answering questions, even varying the itinerary to take in a German Cemetery as this had been the topic of several conversations. The tour was more than we could have hoped for. Thank you!

20Thanks again for our Normandy Beaches tour. Neither of us were in any way knowledgeable about the events that surrounded the battle of Normandy and you brought the whole thing to life for us. You took us to all the places that were part of the full story, bringing to life the heroes stories, describing the events and helping us understand what took place.
Your knowledge and passion are boundless. You knew the best times to visit each place and the best museums to go to to build that full picture.
Thank you – we loved our trip, we loved our accommodation and were left humbled by the history Normandy holds.
